You'll have two DVDs, so you can lend one out to rellies but keep yours safe at home. You might even have the technology at work to show it to all your mates at once. It's great to see your day about as large as life, well as big as your TV screen anyway! And the music playing in the background is your favourite songs, chosen by you from your own CD collection.

Where it strikes me as right, I'll throw in the odd black and white image. I've been known to do something more demanding, like spot colour. But there won't be elaborate wipes or visual effects, multiple-images or composites and definitely no “you-superimposed-on-the-grille-of-a-Roller” montages (unless you want a truly ironic day, which costs extra)!

I don't know how to describe this whole concept, except just as a DVD. It's more entertaining and social than an album, it's not as embarrassing as a video with a live soundtrack or every effect in the book thrown in and it's not just a disc full of raw images to browse on your computer either.
